30-Day Returns (Physical Items)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on initial purchases. However, we do not cover return shipping costs for items that are no longer wanted — customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Digital Content (eBooks) — All Sales Final

Our digital content (eBooks) is delivered electronically and secured using Readium LCP (Licensed Content Protection), managed via EditionGuard. Due to the nature of digital licensing and security, the standard 30-day return period for physical items does not apply.

1. All Sales Final Upon Fulfillment

Returns or refunds for eBooks will not be granted once the digital content has been successfully fulfilled, licensed, and delivered to the customer.

Fulfillment occurs when the unique LCP Passphrase (or "Code") is delivered to the customer, allowing the file to be opened on a compatible LCP-enabled reading application. Once this LCP Passphrase has been used to unlock the content file, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Technical Exception

A refund may be considered only if the unique LCP Passphrase or the content file is verifiably defective upon initial delivery, and the customer can provide immediate, verifiable proof that the LCP Passphrase has not been used to unlock the content file.

3. Non-Refundable Revoked Licenses

All purchases of digital publications are final. In the event a user's license is revoked due to a violation of our Digital Usage Policy (such as sharing the content key or download file with an abnormal number of devices), the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

The license revocation is a feature of the Readium LCP system, which we use to enforce the usage policy set by Publish or Perish, Inc.® The LCP system is designed to detect and deter mass unauthorized sharing. The resulting license revocation is a direct consequence of policy violation and is not considered a product defect or failure.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged upon receipt, please provide photos and a detailed description of the damage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: Digital products are not eligible for exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
