Domestic Shipping (Contiguous US)
Free FedEx 2Day Shipping is included for all orders shipped within the Contiguous United States. Please note that order processing and handling time typically takes 1 to 2 business days before the carrier collects the shipment. Once dispatched, tracking information will be automatically emailed to you.
Alaska, Hawaii, & International Shipping Experiment
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinations, we are currently running an experimental flat-rate shipping program to make our titles more accessible globally. Because international and non-contiguous carrier routes are complex, the following terms apply to these specific regions:
- Rate Anomalies & Availability: These promotional flat rates are introductory and subject to change. In rare cases where a carrier returns an anomalous or unexpectedly high freight rate for your specific location, or if the shipping methods we utilize are completely unavailable for your address, we reserve the right to review the order. If this occurs, we will contact you directly via email with the next best available carrier rate. You will always retain the right to approve the updated rate or cancel your order for a full refund back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Carrier & Customs Delays: While our team handles packaging hand-done for safe delivery, Publish or Perish, Inc.® cannot be held responsible for transit delays created by customs clearance processing, international border checks, or unexpected carrier-specific logistics disruptions once the package leaves our facility.
- Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees: For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or local customs clearance fees levied once a shipment reaches your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking & Delivery
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your label is generated. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
