Publish or Perish, Inc.® is the company behind the books and fonts of Michael Spivak, one of the most influential mathematicians and authors of our time. Spivak was a pioneer in differential geometry and wrote several masterpieces, such as A Comprehensive Introduction to Differential Geometry, Calculus, and Physics for Mathematicians. He also created the MathTime® Professional 2 fonts, which are the gold standard for academic publishing.

Founded by Spivak in 1970 as a platform to share his passion and knowledge of mathematics with the world, Publish or Perish, Inc.® holds all rights to the works of Michael Spivak and has publishing and licensing agreements for some titles, such as the Greek edition of Calculus, the third edition of Calculus (not for sale in the Americas), and A Hitchhiker’s Guide to Calculus. We also run our own website, mathpop.com, where you can find his books, downloads, errata, and suggested readings.

Our mission is to preserve and promote Spivak's work and make it accessible to students, teachers, researchers, and enthusiasts of mathematics.
