Send a Purchase Order

Email your PO to orders@mathpop.com or fax it to (281) 727-0857. We will send you an invoice with your reseller discount applied. Payment is accepted by credit card, ACH, or check — whichever works best for your accounting process.

New

You can now place orders directly through our website and receive your reseller discount automatically at checkout. You must be signed in to your reseller account — guest checkout does not apply reseller pricing.

Which situation applies to you?

✓  Returning buyer — account already active

Sign in to your mathpop.com customer account and shop normally. Your reseller discount and tax exemption apply automatically at checkout.

Δ  Ordered from us before — discount not showing

Your account may not yet be on our activation list. Email orders@mathpop.com from your work email with your institution name. Once we locate and activate your account, the discount will apply at your next sign-in. In the meantime, please use Option 1 to place your order.

+  New buyer at an institution we already work with

For example, a new buyer at Barnes & Noble College or another activated institution. Create a customer account on mathpop.com using your work email, then sign in. Because your institution’s domain is already in our reseller system, your discount applies automatically.

New institution — not yet set up with us? Before your first order we will need to establish your account in our reseller system, the same way you would set us up as a new vendor in your purchasing system. This is typically a two-way process: you share your vendor onboarding requirements, we share our reseller pricing and terms, and we get each other into the right systems. To begin, email orders@mathpop.com with your institution name and buyer contact information. Once your account is established, your domain will be activated for online ordering and you can place orders through either option above.

Payment

All reseller orders are prepaid — payment must be received before we ship. We accept credit card, ACH, and check. We do not extend credit or offer invoiced terms.
